Where I currently reside, these BLUE REINFORCED TARPS are all the rage. During the winter months we've used this tarp to cover our outside central air conditioning unit so somewhat protect and insulate it from the harsh winter weather. Last week someone stole it. On a lark (and since we live in such a small town), we decided to report it. It turns out there's been several of these tarps stolen in the area (I've since been informed that blue tarps like these are the preferred type of tarp for people who make meth). We liked the tarp so much, that we bought another. Besides using this tarp as a central air conditioning unit cover, we've used these tarps in the past as a ground cover for our tent, as a picnic blanket, and (with some rope and a few poles) as awning for the grill on the deck during a summer rain.
