I do not own a car ... I take the metro-busses (sometimes) tens of miles from my condo and *could* get stuck, far from home, on the outskirts. PROS: One of the smallest and lightest "full coverage" hammock and bivy tarps available (even will fit in a waist-pack or butt-pack or gear-slinger). VERY fast deployment ... almost instantaneous, with practice. GOOD coverage and can handle fairly heavy rains and wind. Excellent quality materials and workmanship.
